Start out your summer season right with neXtgen and the Newcomer BBQ on Saturday, May 17 at 6:00 PM on the Church patio. The Newcomer BBQ comes just once year and includes delicious smoked meats, tasty side dishes, and some mighty fine desserts to tempt your palate. Music will be mixed by our own DJ Eric J. Grillmaster Mat Thekkil spearheads the BBQ cooking again this year. Last year’s BBQ was pretty hot, but we’re hoping that the May date will ensure perfect weather this year. Oh, did we mention that it’s free? Please bring a cool summer beverage and a hearty appetite. Newcomers to Transfiguration and/or neXtgen are especially welcomed. Please feel free to invite your friends, too. Your RSVP is greatly appreciated so that we can make sure we have enough food for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there!

neXtgen is a ministry for young adults in their 20s and 30s at The Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration. We aren't the typical church "youth/singles" group. We're a very laid-back social group that meets for anything from Sunday lunch to pool parties. neXtgen is a great way to meet each other and make some new friends.
